This item is brand new and made locally in Eau Claire, WI by Lavender’s Green.

Be a Superhero!  This is a sewn cape with elastic top, for a child to enhance their hand eye coordination and be able to take it on/off by themselves!  It features a star on the cape.  Let you imagination run wild.  This cape is approximately a toddler or extra small child size.  The color of the cape is green, the extra picture shows what the front of the cape looks like.
